|August 28, 2025
Using potato juice for face treatments can be done in a few simple ways and this week I give you some tips on how you can prepare and apply potato-based face treatments.
-
Potato Face Treatment:
Select a medium-sized, clean potato. Organic is preferable. Wash the potato properly and then grate it, using a clean grater. Squeeze the grated potato over a bowl or use a cheesecloth to extract the juice.
Cleanse your face thoroughly. Apply the potato juice with some natural ingredients, like honey, and milk, evenly on your face, using a cotton ball or pad.
Let it sit for 15-20 minutes and then wash it off with water and pat your face dry.
