The High Commission of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in Colombo yesterday hosted a seminar and photo exhibition to mark Kashmir Black Day, commemorating the decades-long denial of the right to self-determination to the people of Jammu and Kashmir.

The event drew participants from diverse segments of society, including members of the Pakistani diaspora in Sri Lanka, journalists, writers, and friends of Kashmir. Messages from Pakistan’s President and Prime Minister were read out, reaffirming the country’s unwavering support for the Kashmiri cause.
