Secretary General of Parliament, Kushani Rohanadheera has announced that Parliament is scheduled to convene from Oct 21 to 24, 2025 as per a decision made at the Committee on Parliamentary Business meeting held on October 10 under the chairmanship of Speaker Dr. Jagath Wickramaratne.

Accordingly, on each sitting day, the 9.30 am10 am time slot has been allocated for matters listed under Standing Order 22 (1-6). From 10 am to 11 am, time will be allocated for questions requiring oral answers, followed by 11 am to 11.30 am, which is reserved for questions under Standing Order 27(2).
