Manamperi wanted over recovery of two 'ICE' containers surrenders

Sampath Manamperi, wanted in connection with an ongoing investigation into the recovery of two containers of raw materials, allegedly used to produce crystal methamphetamine or ICE at a factory allegedly belonging to underworld kingpin Kehelbaddara Padme, surrendered to the Walasmulla Magistrate's Court yesterday (17).

The two containers were found in the Middeniya area.
