Oh, I just can’t believe it! A-ha’s Morten Harket, who I met and did an exclusive interview with him at the Mount Lavinia Hotal, many years ago, is battling Parkinson's disease.

According to the 65-year-old singer, he has been receiving treatment for the neurological disorder “in recent years,” undergoing surgeries last June and December to implant symptom-reducing electrodes on both sides of his brain.
"I’m trying the best I can to prevent my entire system from going into decline. It’s a difficult balancing act between taking the medication and managing its side effects.”
