Grant looking at NET gains for Town to take chances

HUDDERSFIELD Town manager Lee Grant insists he has “full faith” in his side to turn around their recent drop off in form in front of goal.

The Terriers scored 23 goals in their opening ten games of the campaign in all competitions, but have struck just three times in their past six matches.

Town have created plenty of goal-scoring opportunities in recent weeks, having 64 shots across their last three fixtures, but have been left with little reward for their efforts.

Consequently, the Terriers have won just one of their last six matches in all competitions and went into the international break off the back of consecutive defeats to Harrogate Town and Stockport County, in the EFL Trophy and League One respectively.

Town will hope that their fortunes in front of goal improve when they return to League One action against Bolton Wanderers on Thursday and, discussing his side's attacking play at a recent press conference, Grant said: “We've made some really good chances. I look at Harrogate, we created some really, really good chances and Exeter's the same, we made really good chances.
