KEEN SPORTSMAN WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO 'LONG AND ACTIVE RETIREMENT'
A PEDESTRIAN who was knocked down by a car and died in Meltham last week was “looking forward to a long and active retirement’, his family have said.
Peter Brewin, 60, collided with a car in Meltham Mills Road on Friday at around 2pm.
Mr Brewin’s family said he had only recently retired. He loved playing football, competing in Parkrun and leaves behind a partner, son, brother and parents.
