WITH ADVICE ON NAVIGATING 'RED TAPE'
A LANDMARK summit aimed at accelerating innovation in healthcare has been held at Plymouth Science Park - and included the launch of a ‘playbook’ aimed at helping startup health tech firms get through red tape.
The Derriford-based science park hosted the Innovation Starts Here: Health Tech Funding Summit last week, bringing together NHS leaders, health tech founders and investors.
The first major health tech event in the region, the summit was delivered with the support of the British Business Bank, who were headline partners at the event.
The summit also marked the official launch of a ‘playbook’ designed to help fledgling health tech businesses navigate the complex world of funding and regulations.
