Running festival shuts roads as thousands pound the streets

RUNNERS and spectators are limbering up as the Ocean City Running Festival returns to the city tomorrow.
-
The Plymouth Half, Plymouth 10k and Plymouth 5k will be taking place in and around the city, starting from 8am. All three races will start and finish on Plymouth Hoe, with thousands of participants taking part.
Organisers have released a list of 36 roads which will be affected by closures:
Elliot Street - for its entirety
Citadel Road - from its junction with Leigham Street to West Hoe Road/Millbay Road
Millbay Road - from its junction Bath Street to the junction of The Crescent
The Crescent - from its junction with Millbay Road to its junction with Union Street
Lambhay Hill - from its junction with Hoe Road and Madeira Road
Union Street - from its junction with The Crescent to Derry's Cross roundabout
Royal Parade - for its entirety (westbound)
Exeter Street - from St Andrews Cross roundabout to its junction with Gdynia Way (westbound)
Sutton Road - for its entirety
Commercial Road - From the junction with Sutton Road to the junction with Barbican approach
