'TIPPLE FEST' WILL FEATURE LIVE BANDS
A MAJOR beer and music festival is being planned in between Christmas and New Year to give everyone some cheer after a difficult year.
The three-day Plympton Tipple Fest will take place at the historic Plympton St Maurice Guildhall and will feature live bands and a huge selection of real ales, craft lagers, ciders, rums and gins, with the hope it will give South West brewers a boost.
Plympton’s London Inn landlord Simon Gilley is behind the event, which will run from December 27 to 29 to fill in the period between Christmas and New Year.
On Saturday and Sunday, musicians will play from 5pm, and from noon to 5pm on Monday.
