Muse parking warning for Home Park concert
The Herald
|May 26, 2023
A TRAFFIC warning has been issued ahead of Muse playing in Plymouth on Saturday. Home Park has warned there is no parking available at the ground itself.
It also expects the spaces at Milehouse Park and Ride, adjacent to the stadium, to be “taken very quickly”. There will be special Muse concert park and ride buses on the night – but they will cost between £3 and £5 a ticket.
The buses – which are being put on especially – will run from The George and Coypool Park and Ride sites, where concertgoers are advised to park. Parking is also available in Plymouth City Centre and these car parks will also benefit from a special Muse concert bus service.
Anyone who is able to walk to the stadium is advised to where possible. A spokesperson for Home Park said: “We encourage visitors to plan their journey ahead of time and have put together a travel guide to ensure your journey to and from Home Park is as seamless as possible. Home Park Stadium can be easily located along Outland Road and is positioned just a 20-25 minute walk from the city centre.”
