PHOEBE HAS PROVED CHANGE IS POSSIBLE
FOR years, young mum Phoebe Bradley felt trapped in a body she didn't feel was her own.
The 28-year-old believed weight loss was something other people managed, and that she'd never be slim.
But after losing four and a half stone herself, Phoebe has proved change is possible.
She said that she'd sit and watch her children play and laugh and run around at the local play park but was feeling left out.
"My heart would ache because I wanted to be part of that joy," Phoebe said.
