ARGYLE U18S HAVE THEIR SIGHTS SET ON TRIP TO WATFORD
PLYMOUTH Argyle’s under-18s had a thrilling taste of FA Youth Cup success last season and are aiming for more of the same this term.
The young Pilgrims reached the quarterfinals of the prestigious national youth competition in 2024/25, which included a 1-0 victory at Everton in the fifth round, before eventually losing 3-0 at eventual cup winners Aston Villa in the quarterfinals.
Argyle are in second round action at Home Park tonight when they take on MK Dons (7pm) after previously winning 3-0 at home to Mangotsfield United last month, with Tashall Sandhu, Kian Burch and James Sharpe getting their goals.
The winners out of the tie between the young Pilgrims and their MK Dons counterparts will be away to Watford in the third round of the FA Youth Cup.
