Dance school students grace Disneyland stage

STUDENTS from a Plymouth dance school performed on one of the most magical stages in the world during an unforgettable trip to Disneyland Paris.
The troupe of 42 students between the ages of six and 17 from SJ Performing Arts, Plymouth and Ivybridge, were part of a Disney Performing Arts show at the Paris theme park, and delivered a performance bursting with energy, emotion, and professionalism.
Months of rehearsals, fundraising, and anticipation came to life as the group performed in front of families, friends, and holidaymakers in the audience.
Sarah Bayliss, co-founder of the dance school, said: “It was one of those moments where you just know all the hard work has been worth it.
“They performed with such joy and confidence. We couldn't be prouder.”
The group earned their place on the Disneyland Paris stage after impressing Disney's selection panel with an impressive audition tape earlier this year.
