Cottages' firm on board via donation

RING AND RIDE SERVICE GIVEN £1K SUPPORT
A £1,000 donation from holiday letting company Classic Cottages is helping to support a vital community transport service in South Devon.
The money has been given to Ivybridge Ring and Ride, part of the Ivybridge and District Community Transport Association, which provides accessible minibus transport for people who find it physically difficult to use conventional public transport or who live too remotely to access it.
The service operates two minibuses used regularly by around 45 people each week, offering trips to local destinations and essential shopping journeys, as well as monthly social excursions to places such as pubs and garden centres.
