BAROQUE GROUP'S RECITAL ENJOYED BY 90 IN CHURCH
BAROQUE group Greenwood Consort brought 90 people to Stoke Damerel Church for the last recital in Plymouth Concerts’ 2024-5 season.
Their performance was hugely enjoyed. Leader Mark Bennett, baritone and multi-instrumentalist, guided us with clarity and humour through often unfamiliar repertoire played on instruments of the period.
We all recognised recorders, violin and harpsichord.
