PwC Tracking Staff Location Via Wifi And Entry Passes

PwC is tracking how often its UK employees come into the office by monitoring their use of work passes and wifi, prompting staff concerns.

Bosses at the big-four accountancy firm use a digital dashboard to record attendance and check whether workers are adhering to a policy that requires them to spend three days a week or 60% of their work time either with clients or in the office.

Staff are classed as amber if they fall below the 60% threshold and red if they drop below 40%.
