Oscar goody bags revealed: $1m of wildfire relief, dogwear and spliffs

Nominees for acting and directing awards at the Oscars traditionally receive a goody bag with gifts such as holidays, rare wines and costly cosmetic treatments.

But this year the bag includes a nod to the California wildfires that killed 29 people, forced 200,000 to flee their homes and destroyed more than 18,000 buildings.

The 25 nominees will together receive $1m (£790,000) of personalised disaster recovery services, which can be used by them or given to someone in need of the help.
