Tributes Paid to martyr ADDC Dr. Raj Kumar Thapa at Rajouri

A solemn condolence meeting was organized saturday to pay heartfelt tributes to the late Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC), Dr. Raj Kumar Thapa, who attained martyrdom during a tragic cross-border shelling incident.
