ROAD SAFETY LESSONS FROM THE HANDWARA ACCIDENT

The recent road accident in Handwara has once again reminded us how dangerous our roads can be ifsafety rules are not followed. A simple journey turned into a tragedy, and many families are now suffering because of this. Accidents like these are happening too often in Kashmir, and itis time we all wake up and take road safety more seriously.

Reports say that the accident happened because of speeding and careless driving. The driver lost con-trol of the vehicle, which then crashed and caused injuries and deaths. People who saw the accident said that the vehicle was going too fast, and the road con-dition was not very good. This is not the first time such an incident has happened in Handwara. In the past few years, the area has seen many road accidents, and many people have lost their lives.
