HC Jammu wing holds Full Court Reference to condole demise of Senior Advocates, Advocates

A Full Court reference was held thursday in the Court room of Chief Justice at Jammu Wing of the High Court to condole the demise of distinguished members of the legal fraternity including Senior Advocates Ashok Vijay Gupta and Prem Saroop Dutta, Advocates Ramesh Chander Arora and Vinod Kumar Bakshi.

Justice Arun Palli, Chief Justice, High Court of J&K and Ladakh, in his condolence address, remembered the contribution of departed souls. He said that their firm commitment to the law, hard-working nature and dedication to justice has left a mark on the judicial community and their demise is a big loss to the legal fraternity. The Chief Justice on his behalf and on behalf of other Judges of the High Court prayed to the Almighty to rest their souls in peace and bestow immense strength to the bereaved members of the families to bear the irreparable loss.
