The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Crime Branch Kashmir has filed a charge sheet against two accused from Kupwara for allegedly duping a man of 11 lakh rupees on the pretext of arranging a government job.

The accused, a man and a woman from Kupwara, allegedly conspired to cheat the victim by promising a government job and taking money without fulfilling the promise.
