CBC Organizes Yoga awareness Programme at GBHSS Batamaloo

As part of the 11th International Yoga Day celebrations, the Field Office Srinagar of the Central Bureau of Communication, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, saturday organized an Integrated Communication and Outreach Programme at Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Batamaloo.

Held under the global theme "Yoga for One Earth, One Health," the programme aimed to raise awareness among youth about the importance of adopting a healthy and balanced lifestyle through the ancient practice of yoga. The event featured live yoga demonstrations by expert instructors, showcasing key asanas and breathing techniques that promote holistic well-being.
