CAB president Snehasish Ganguly safe after boat accident in Puri

Snehasish Ganguly, a former Bengal cricketer and current president of Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB), had a providential escape in the Puri Beach a couple of days ago. He and his wife Arpita had to be rescued by local divers and lifeguards after their boat capsized on Saturday. Both Snehashish and his wife are back in Kolkata now and safe.

"I thank Lord Jagannath. This is sort of a second life for us," Ganguly (56) told Cricbuzz on Monday (May 26). "It was a life-threatening accident. Our boat capsized inside the sea and we were saved by the local people and lifeguards."
