Warnock among Sky pundits unanimous in verdict

NEIL Warnock called Sydie Peck's challenge on Sammy Silvera an “ankle breaker” as Sky Sports pundits agreed that the Sheffield United midfielder should have seen red for his early challenge.

Peck was booked for his reckless challenge on the Boro star, as he reacted to a heavy touch by jumping into a challenge with the Australian with his foot high and studs raised. Thankfully, Silvera emerged from the tackle unharmed, but was withdrawn at the interval after also taking a bump to the head in a bruising first half.
