Rovers well stocked, which allows Boro to make their move for defender Brittain

VALERIEN Ismael is hopeful Blackburn Rovers already have a replacement for Callum Brittain, with the Frenchmen resigned to losing the Middlesbrough target this summer.
Brittain has interest from a number of Championship clubs, but it's understood that he's keen to explore a move to Boro.
He wasn't involved in a Blackburn friendly at the weekend, with Ismael stating that the attack-minded right-back had refused to play and made clear his desire to leave the club this summer.
With Brittain out of contract in 12 months, Blackburn are now resigned to losing the 27-year-old. Boro are the favourites to win the race, with talks ongoing between the clubs to try and come to an agreement on the fee for the transfer.
