Rob's plans to overcome injury blight

ROB Edwards has explained how he hopes to solve Boro's injury problems - with the players having their own role to play in that as well.

Boro missed out on a play-off place in each of the last two seasons under Michael Carrick.

On both occasions, the team's incredibly high injury list over the course of the campaign could be cited as a contributing factor.

While injuries are up across the game, at Boro they've been considerably higher.

Asked if there were any similarities between his Forest Green and Luton Town promotion winners, a good injury record was the first thing the new Boro boss cited, as he listed the key components to success.
