Annie (Katherine Devlin), Grace (Sian Brooke) and Tommy (Nathan Braniff) are now no longer new recruits - they are quite seasoned after two years on the job.
Sian says: “They are experiencing some frustration because they don’t seem to be able to gain ground in the job as much as they had hoped they would two years in.
