Azaz was a solid choice, says boss

MIDDLESBROUGH manager Rob Edwards says he had no doubt over selecting Finn Azaz for Saturday's win at Norwich City, despite transfer interest in the Republic of Ireland forward.
The 24-year-old opened the scoring for Boro in the 2-1 success at Carrow Road at the weekend.
Boro turned down a transfer bid for Azaz, thought to be from Southampton, last week, but Edwards had no qualms over starting the forward at Carrow Road.
"I was comfortable making the decision because he's a really good player," Edwards said.
"We've spoken and he's really professional, I think he showed that today.
"It was a fantastic goal and a really good performance from him. There was no doubt in my mind."
