Webmasters rout Jaguars, secure semis spot in Tuburan cage wars

The University of Cebu (UC) Webmasters annihilated the University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-R) Jaguars, 83-41, for their second straight win in the 1st Mayor Aljun Diamante Inter-Collegiate Basketball Tournament on Tuesday, May 26, at the Tuburan covered court in Tuburan town, northwest of Cebu.

Ricofer Sordilla fired 18 points while Reggie Dajab and Stephen Pagalan added 11 points each to lead the Webmasters' ruthless 42-point demolition of the hapless Jaguars.
With a 2-0 record, the Webmasters advanced to the crossover semifinals set on Friday, May 30.
