Vivant bullish to sustain growth momentum in H2

Cebu-based Vivant Corporation expects earnings momentum to continue in the second half of 2025, underpinned by new projects in renewable energy and water infrastructure, after posting double-digit profit growth in the first half of the year.

Chief executive Arlo Sarmiento said the group is preparing to participate in the Department of Energy’s Green Energy Auction 4 as part of its target to lift renewable capacity to 30 percent of its generation portfolio by 2030.
A 22MW solar facility in Bulacan is slated to begin commercial operations by late 2025, while its IMCC subsidiary is in the final stages of commissioning a large-scale seawater desalination plant in Metro Cebu.
