The Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (PhilHealth) Regional Office VII has disbursed a total of P17.6 billion in benefit claims to accredited public and private healthcare facilities across Central Visayas from January to December 2025.

The figure reflects a 78.96% increase compared to the same period in 2024, underscoring the region’s intensified support for hospitals, clinics, and partner institutions in Cebu, Bohol, Negros Oriental, and Siquijor.
