PAF, SNMC ink scholarship deal for airmen, dependents

The Philippine Air Force (PAF), through its Air Mobility Command (AMC), has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Sto. Niño Mactan College Inc. (SNMC) to establish a scholarship program for military personnel and their immediate family members.

The agreement grants full tuition coverage to either a PAF service member or one immediate family member of personnel actively assigned to Brigadier General Benito N. Ebuen Air Base (BGBNEAB) in Barangay Pajo, Lapu-Lapu City.
Under the MOU, organic PAF units stationed at BGBNEAB—including the AMC, Tactical Operations Wing Central, 560th Air Base Group, AIBDC, and the 5th Air Reserve Center—may avail of the scholarship grants at SNMC or at Sto. Niño Mactan Montessori School Inc.
The ceremonial signing was held yesterday at the VVIP Lounge of BGBNEAB and was led by SNMC president and owner Ma. Sunshine Lim and AMC Commander Maj. Gen. Ramil Oloroso. Lapu-Lapu City Mayor Cindi King-Chan, senior AMC officers, and SNMC faculty members also attended the event.
