More rallies on 2nd day of local campaign period

With the local campaign period officially kicked off last March 28, various political parties in Cebu have launched its respective proclamation rallies.

Cebu gubernatorial candidate Pam Baricuatro launched her campaign rally on the second day of the campaign period, following her decision to dedicate the first day to the birthday celebration of former president Rodrigo Duterte.
The launch began with a caravan in Sibonga town, where Baricuatro joined mayoral candidate Nestor Ponce and his slate.
In the afternoon, she was with Alegria PDP mayoral candidate Raul Guisado and his slate for a thanksgiving mass at the St. Joseph Parish and for a caravan and rally.
“Mas gipili nato ang pagsugod sa mga ginagmay’ng tapok kaysa sa ubpan apan sila labing init nga midawat nato, wala sila pugsa, ug milugwa mibarog gyud para mosuporta ang mga lokal nga kandidato,” said Baricuatro.
