Dingdong opens up on fears for Jayda's career

Dingdong Avanzado got candid about his insecurities as a father and his hopes for daughter Jayda's future in showbiz during an emotional episode of Jeepney TV's hostless talk show "Stars on Stars” — streaming on Jeepney TV’s Facebook page and YouTube channel.

In a heartfelt one-on-one conversation, Dingdong admitted that there are moments when he wonders if Jayda truly appreciates everything he does for her. He revealed that his advice, which oftentimes seems critical, comes not from a place of judgment, but from love and the desire to see her grow.
“Minsan hindi ko alam kung na-appreciate mo what I do for you. I don’t say those things to put you down — I say them because I want you to be better,” said Dingdong.
