DiCaprio stars in fun, action-packed thriller

Written, directed and produced by Anderson, “One Battle After Another” tells the story of washed-up revolutionary Bob (Leonardo DiCaprio), who exists in a state of stoned paranoia, surviving off-grid with his spirited, self-reliant daughter, Willa (Chase Infiniti).

When his evil nemesis (Sean Penn) resurfaces after 16 years and she goes missing, the former radical scrambles to find her, father and daughter both battling the consequences of his past. Also starring are Benicio Del Toro, Regina Hall and Teyana Taylor.

Reactions from the film have been pouring out and they have been positive.

Steven Spielberg, who recently moderated a Q&A with Anderson at the Director’s Guild of America theater in Los Angeles, said that he “had a great time laughing all the way” while watching the film.
