The Cebu Port Authority (CPA) and the Land Transportation Office in Region 7 (LTO-7) have activated their respective “Oplan Biyaheng Ayos: Undas 2025” operations to ensure the safety, comfort, and convenience of travelers during the observance of All Saints’ and All Souls’ Days.

This, as Mandaue and Lapu-Lapu local government units announced all are set for the annual observance.

The CPA's operations will run from October 30 to November 4, 2025, coinciding with the expected surge of passengers traveling to and from Cebu for the long weekend.

Last year, over 261,000 passengers passed through Cebu ports during the Indas observance. This year, the CPA projected the number to rise to 350,000 or more, as the holidays fall on a weekend.

To manage the influx of travelers, the CPA has partnered with the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA), Philippine National Police (PNP), Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), and other law enforcement and local government units.
