In a renewed push for inclusive and accessible public service, the Cebu City Government formally relaunched the Cebu City CARES Program at the covered court of Barangay Mambaling.

Spearheaded by Mayor Nestor Archival Sr. and Vice Mayor Tomas Osmeña, this program aims to deliver essential services directly to barangays, bridging the gap between City Hall and underserved communities.
The program, evolved from previous outreach efforts such as “City Hall at Your Doorstep” and “Cebu City Hall in Action”, now operates under the banner “Cebu City CARES”, emphasizing a community-centered, accessible, responsive, equitable, and service-driven approach.
