|April 03, 2025
The Cebu City government said it will prepare a lease contract for vendor's security at the Carbon Market.
-
A general assembly for vendors was organized by the Carbon Market Authority last Monday to discuss the signing of lease agreement contract soon.
The city's Public Information Office reported that the lease of agreement will now give security for the vendors as against an affidavit of undertaking.
Market Operations Division head Criselda Lazarte said a total of 1,077 vendors in Carbon attended the general assembly.
These vendors underwent an orientation with the City Legal Office to properly explain to them the details of the lease contract.
Accordingly, majority of these vendors in Carbon Market do not have a lease contract with the City government.
