Booming property market spurs new wave of service providers

|August 11, 2025
Cebu’s surging property market is spurring a wave of new service providers, as local and international investors expand their footprint in the central Philippines.
Among the latest entrants is JK Bandalan Architectural Design Studio, a rebranded full-service firm established by architects Kristoffer and Jaynice Bandalan to capture growing demand for high-impact design and construction support.
The studio, formally launched this month, offers a comprehensive suite of services ranging from sustainable architectural design and master planning to project management, building code compliance, and pre-lease analysis.
The Bandalans, who have more than 16 years of combined experience in architectural design, events, and construction consulting, aim to position the firm as a “creative atelier and strategic think tank” for the Philippine built environment.
“Cebu is at the crossroads of urban growth and investment activity. We’re here to provide holistic, future-forward design solutions that match this momentum,” said co-founder and chief operating architect Jaynice Bandalan.
