Medical teams at the CCSC itself reported close to a hundred individuals treated for exhaustion, minor injuries, and heat related conditions.

Most were performers, while some visitors experienced difficulty breathing due to the intense weather.
The Philippine National Police, AFP Task Group Cebu, Coast Guard, BJMP, and other agencies worked hand in hand to secure the festival grounds and beyond.
Archival personally visited medical stations and checkpoints, thanking responders for their professionalism.
The mayor credited the Sinulog Foundation Inc. and countless volunteers for their tireless service, noting that their cooperation ensured the festival’s orderly conduct. The parade concluded with a fireworks display that delighted the crowd.
Yet Archbishop Uy has appealed against fireworks, reminding the faithful of the risks to children, the elderly, animals, and the environment. He urged communities to embrace safer, more compassionate forms of celebration.
Archival responded that the city is considering a drone show for next year, reflecting a balance between tradition and innovation.
He added that the city government and Sinulog Foundation will review areas for improvement, including garbage management, ticketing, and media facilities at the Cebu City Sports Center.
