Lad, Mulani, Thakur feted for rewarding Ranji seasons

Mumbai Ranji Trophy cricketers Siddhesh Lad, Shardul Thakur and Shams Mulani shined in the MCA Awards function at St. Regis hotel here on Wednesday.
Lad won awards for most number of runs in the Ranji Trophy 2025-26 and also he received the Best Senior Cricketer of the 2025-26 season. Lad had scored 774 runs in eight matches and hit record five centuries. Akash Anand won award for fastest century for Mumbai in the 2025-26 Ranji Trophy season.
Shardul Thakur was feted for his excellence in the 2024-25 season with best cricketer award. Mulani won awards for taking highest number of wickets in Ranji Trophy 2024-25 and also fastest century in the same season.
