Rohan felt very sad after seeing his friend Nihar's cool photos. Nihar was riding a horse on the beach and eating yummy snacks.

- Rucha Namjoshi

Rohan was so happy that he couldn't wait to go.

The day finally came. The car drove along a winding road in the green mountains. Rohan felt like they were driving inside a beautiful picture. After a while, they arrived in a small village in Konkan. Their car stopped in front of a cute house with a tiled roof. In the yard, there were pretty flowers, and behind the house was a big garden with mango, jackfruit, and coconut trees. There was a big swing on the veranda. Rohan ran and sat on the swing. He loved the house and the garden.

After lunch, Rohan's mom and dad rested, but Rohan stayed awake.

He couldn't wait for the evening to go to the beach. He looked out the window at the garden and saw so many birds he had never seen in the city before.

He was so busy watching them that he didn't even notice it was time to go to the beach.

Rohan was super excited when they reached the beach. He loved the huge ocean, the white foamy waves, the colorful sky, and the soft sand. But...

"Dad, there's no horse cart here. How will we have fun?" he asked sadly.
