Uttar Pradesh leads in micro food proposals

Under the guidance of Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya, the Food Processing Department has achieved remarkable progress in implementing the Prime Minister Formalization of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME) Scheme.
Uttar Pradesh is now leading the country in the scheme's execution, with the fastest approval process nationwide. The average time for approval of applications and proposals stands at just 100 days. With an impressive strike rate of 98 percent for approved proposals, the state has secured the top position in India.
