A prominent hospital in southern Israel has suffered considerable damage due to a barrage of Iranian missiles. Iran has stated that it aimed at a nearby technology park, which it alleges was utilized by the Israeli military. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu cautioned that his military will target all nuclear facilities in Iran. In the aftermath of its initial assaults on Iran, the Israel Defence Forces asserted that it had eliminated nine Iranian nuclear scientists. Iran has also confirmed that nuclear scientists were killed by Israel during the attack. Israel has also issued threats against Iran's highest leader as Netanyahu stated the possibility of targeting Iran's supreme leader. Also, after executing its first series of strikes on Iran, Israel referenced a recent IAEA report that acknowledged Iran is enriching uranium to a level exceeding that of other nations without nuclear weapons programs, thereby breaching its nuclear non-proliferation commitments.
