The Supreme Court of India on Wednesday asked petitioners seeking safety for the family of Tarun Butolia, killed in a clash in Uttam Nagar during Holi, to approach the Delhi Police Commissioner.
A bench led by Surya Kant, along with Justices Joymalya Bagchi and Vipul M Pancholi, declined a CBI probe, noting that the concerns raised were administrative in nature.
