Sawan Flavours Come Alive at Monsoon Food Festival

This celebration is an ode to the traditional and contemporary—a festival that brings together savory, sweets, and fusion dishes that resonate with the mood of the season.

A Tribute to Sawan and the Season's Traditions In Rajasthan, Sawan is more than a month of rain—it's a time of spiritual renewal, celebration, and indulgence. Known for its religious significance, family gatherings, and festive fervor, Sawan also marks a change in taste and cravings. The arrival of rains shifts the culinary focus from dry and robust to warm, spicy, and soulful.

Chef Prem Singh, who leads the culinary team at Clarks Amer, shares his excitement; "This festival is about bringing those childhood memories and seasonal cravings to life. We've combined traditional Rajasthani comfort food with monsoon-inspired dishes from across India. The idea is to present food that's close to the heart but with a touch of innovation."
