State of Punjab and another observed and has quashed the FIR filed in the year 2019 against the Colors TV and the actors and producers of the show Ram Siya Ke Luv Kush’ for allegedly portraying a wrong image of Bhagwan Valmiki and it hurts the religious sentiments of the community.
The court in the case observed and took the note in an order passed in the month of October, 2019, wherein the court put the ban on the show was set aside after the producers provided the requisite undertaking to take the corrective measures.
