Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday took digs at the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and made a veiled attack on former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, saying while "some people are focused on building jacuzzi and showers", the BJP-led government is working to provide tap water to every home in the country.
Replying to the debate in Lok Sabha on the motion of thanks on the President's address, PM Modi also took "AAPda" jibe at the Aam Aadmi Party and "Sheeshmahal" swipe at Kejriwal.
He also denounced Congress leader Rahul Gandhi saying those speaking of "declaring a war on the Indian State" can appreciate neither Constitution nor national unity as he launched a spirited counter-offensive in Lok Sabha against the Opposition.
