Pakistan ex-PM Imran Khan's former wife forms new political party

Reham Khan is a Pakistani journalist, author, and now political leader who has recently launched her own political party, the Pakistan Republic Party, aiming to bring transparency, meritocracy, and a new political culture to Pakistan.
She is also widely known as the former wife of Pakistan's ex-Prime Minister, Imran Khan, a connection that initially brought her significant public attention.
Born in the United Kingdom, Reham Khan spent part of her early life living with her mother in London.
During those formative years, her love and passion for Pakistan deepened, prompting her eventual return to the country to pursue a career in journalism and public life.
Her professional journey started with the BBC in London, where she worked as a journalist, developing a strong background in media and communication.
Upon returning to Pakistan, Reham became a familiar face in the Pakistani media landscape. She worked with several leading news outlets including News One and Dawn News, hosting prominent current affairs shows.
MARRIAGE TO IMRAN KHAN
Reham Khan's profile in Pakistan rose sharply after her marriage to Imran Khan, Pakistan's former cricket star turned politician.
Both had been married before; this was the second marriage for each.
